Return & Exchange Conditions
- Authorization Required: Returns or exchanges must be authorized by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order. We cannot accommodate requests outside this timeframe.
- Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition. This includes being unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
- Tracking Information: For your security, please use a shipping method that provides tracking details when returning or exchanging items. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Final Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or gift cards are final and not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Customer-Caused Damage or Loss: Items that are damaged or lost due to improper handling or misuse are not eligible for returns or refunds.
General Return Process
Initiate a Return:

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be processed.
For security purposes, we recommend using a tracked and optionally signed-for shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return packages.Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items (usually within 3–5 business days), we will either process a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Charges
- Our Responsibility: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover both the return shipping costs and the full refund for the item.
- Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size or change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Refund Policy
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your return is approved or denied. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order if it has been paid for but has not yet shipped. A full refund will be issued.
- After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched.
